We appreciated staff and rooms, the hotel had essentials we needed. Location right by the center of Chicago's Magnificent Mile, Magnificent Mile. Also, a skyscraper observation deck was placed in direct proximity.

This hotel was ideal base for exploring Chicago, appreciated it. Location: the property was short walk to Chicago and Michigan Avenue and Chicago's Magnificent Mile. The rooms with iPads as well as spacious bathrooms.

It was great value. The staff did all they can for a luxury stay. Room was exceptional and had a luxurious bathroom. Upscale location a 10-15 minute walk from london guarantee building. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was extraordinary!

Really helpful staff made my stay really great and the location was PRIME. Elegant style hotel with modern furniture in the rooms. Clean and amazing property in Magnificent Mile district. Fabulous restaurant just a walk down to the hotel.
